Exercise Plan

Dear Edren,

            Hey my friend Jeff and I did a river walk yesterday, and I think we should get a group from the Undeniables together to exercise together. We were thinking about doing a river walk every Tuesday to get in shape. I know that you have been trying to exercise by walking around Los Angeles and taking little Writing breaks while you do it. We can help each other get fit by working on our bodies and our minds. What do you think?

            This is the second time we did this walk this week. We started our walk at the Horse Stables under the York Bridge in Highland Park and walked all the way to the end of the River bike path where it ended at the Griffon Avenue part of Sycamore Park. It was the perfect day for a walk it was cold and crisp out and cloudy. It was cold when we started but we were sweating on the way back. If you are up to joining us one of these Tuesday afternoon or evenings let me know.

    I’m down. Weekends would be good so more people can come out, ya know what I mean Jellybean. We should get an all-day Metro pass and see where it takes us.
